ED TAMPLIN
Ed Tamplin’s love affair with astrology began as child on the sunny veranda of his grandparents home. A quarter of a century later he began practising as a professional. In the interim Ed worked as a radio actor/producer and announcer, blues musician, teacher and freelance writer.
A lifetime interest in healing led to studies in the mind/body integration Alexander Technique, NLP and the opening of his astrological consultancy. Ed became the resident writer for Your Destiny magazine in 1998, and the following year began broadcasting with the Macquarie Radio network. His regular two-hour talkback astrology program, with numerologist Steve Murphy has created Sydney’s largest Saturday night listening audience.
Ed’s astrological works have been published locally and overseas by the International Society of Astrological Research, WellBeing, Astrolog, and also the respected US website StarIq. Beginning 2006 he stepped down as the VP of both the AANSW and SARS to concentrate on the Sirius School of Astrology with partner Sherrynne Dalby, and undertake further media offers.
